New book on conservation technology
Drones are part of a whole array of technologies (e.g. camera traps, acoustic sensors, loggers, satellites) that can be used as tools to support conservation efforts. Alex Piel and I were fortunate enough to be able to collaobrate with a large number of great colleagues who were willing to put their expertise on various technologies, machine learning, and social implications of technology in conservation into chapters for a new Oxford University Press edited volume called Conservation Technology
